How will I recieve my order?
We are partnered with 26 major courier services operating in India. Over 28,000 pin codes are serviceable by Diodestore using these courier services on Prepaid and Cash on Delivery payment methods. So don’t worry, be anywhere in India, We will get our products to you. No matter how!!
Will our personal information and contact details be shared with any 3rd party services?
No. We don’t share any of the details users enter on our website with any 3rd party services. They are maintained highly confidential.
When will I recieve my order?
We usually take 1-2 days to dispatch the products from our warehouse.
For Prepaid Orders,
Same-day delivery for some areas in Chennai
Within Tamil Nadu – 1 or 2 Days
Anywhere in India – 2 to 6 Days
For CoD Orders,
Within Tamil Nadu – 3 to 6 Days
Anywhere in India – 3 to 8 Days
Are all the products listed on Diodestore.com are manufactured by Togle Automation?
No. There are also products listed which are not manufactured by Togle Automation.
What are the Reasons eligible for returning a product?
1. The product is physically damaged or the wrong product is delivered to the user.
2. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

How to return/refund a product ordered on Diodestore.com?
Where are you located?
Our manufacturing plant is in Chennai. We currently have physical showrooms located in Chennai, Chengalpatty, Vellore, Bangalore and Sivakasi.
What do I do if I never recieved my order?
You will recieve a order number / tracking id to your email and provided mobile number through whatsapp. If you placed the order but it is not recieved, share us the order number / tracking id to +91 8925433321 or email to [email protected]. We will make sure that the product is delivered to you or refund the order amount to you if it is a prepaid order.
How do I make sure I ordered the right product?
To confirm the product you purchased, login to Diodestore using the email credentials used at the time of purchase. Go to the Dashboard – Orders under which recently purchased items are listed here. If you don’t know how to go to the dashboard, tell us your order number. We will let you know the ordered product.
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Changes can be made to the order once it is not dispatched from our premises. Usually we dispatch the products within 1-2 days. After which no changes can be made to the order. Also confirm with us through call or email whether the order can be modified or not.
